Q：

If a person(or more) in our group is weighed over 100kg, can we still sign up for the activity?

A：

The maximum loading of our canoe is 200 kg. It will have no problem as long as the two 100kg people are seperated in two canoes.

Q：

How will you arrange the activity If a person(or more) in our group is weighed over 100kg?

A：

Our coach will arrange the seats accoring to the actual situation and of course take safety as the first priority.

Q：

What if the differences of weight between each other are too different and thus cause danger during paddling?

A：

The canoes nowadays are with special design. The back side of the canoe can afford heavier person. Plus, our coach will provide professional advises on the spot, so balancing the canoe is not going to be a big problem.

Q：

Can I join the activity even if I don't know how to swim?

A：

You can join! We offer safe jacket for you and the canoe will have strict limitation on the numbers of participents, which means that the coach can have full attention on every one during our activity.

Q：

What if the weather is not suitable for paddling?

A：

We usually start the activity regardless of weather conditions. However, if the weather broadcast has warned of severe weather such as heavy rain or strong wind, we will inform the cancellation beforehand and refund your 100% fee. If the weather broadcast is fine but the actual weather at the spot is not safe for paddling, we will deduct the insurance fee and then refund you. Please note that we are not willing to refund due to route changing or returning for security reasons after we set sail.

If the number of the participents is odd, will he/she paddle alone?

A：

If the number of the participents is odd, he/she wil paddle with other group of people or with our coach.

1.	The customer have to arrive at the meeting point by themselves
2.	Please protect the environment. Thank you! In addition, we provide operational teaching and safe jackets. So you are welcomed if you only have very little expeience with water. However, since there will always be unpredictable risk in water activities, people with heart disease or pregnant women should not attend this activity.
3.	Please contact with the coach two days before the activity to ensure your order, your pick-up or meeting point, weather and so on.
4.	You will have chances to get exposed under the sun for a long time. Please prepare protective measurements for possible sunburn.
5.	This activity has a strict limitation in the number of the participations. We will check the availability of the activity immediately after your order. If you are on the wating list, we will contact with you three days before the activity and refund 100% back to you.
6.	This activity will stay on the sea for a long time. For people who are easy to have seasick, please take the medicine 20 minutes before our departure.
7.	We will cancel the activity if the weather or sea condition is not suitable for paddling. The local coach will make the final decision.
