Q：

Which is best time for whale-watching?

A：

The best time is around mid March to mid November since there wil be Monsoons causing bad wind/sea conditions for cruising.

Q：

Is pick-up service available ?

A：

Yes. We offer free pick-up sercive in Hualien city. The pick-up service out side the Hualien city needs to be paid accordingly (for example, Seven Star Lake: 50 NT/person)

Q：

How long is the cruise?

A：

Normally it will take 2~3 horus, included the introduction before boarding(around 30 minutes)

Q：

Can we know one day beforehand if the cruise is cancel? Will we get reimbursement?

A：

Yes we will inform you one day before your scheduled cruise. And we will of course refund you if the cruise is cancel due to weather reasons.

1.	Please contact with the conpany 3 days before your scheduled cruise, so that you can confirm your order, your meet-up point and weather.
2.	People who are weighed over 120kg are not encouraged to join the cruise.
3.	If there is bad weather condition, we will cancel the cruise for safety reason. (Decide by the local coach)
4.	If you didn't see any dolphin or whale during the tour, we will give you a discount ticket with name and a duration from April to October on it. You may rejoin the cruise with only NT300 dollars.
5.	Please bring your personal ID/passport for identification
6.	Do not stay up one day before the cruise or you may get seasick
7.	If you are afraid of seasick, please take the seasick medicine 20 minutes before the cruise and keep a good mood.
8.	Please wear breathable clothes, hat and sun glasses. Don't forget to put on sunscreen.
