Land lessons (Essential ocean safety, surfing etiquette, basic instruction on the surfing board and while surfing)

Warm-up

Get equipment and practice basic movements such as positioning and paddling

Sea lessons. The coach will be by your side and offer instructions and encouragement (last around 1.5 hour, depending on personal condition)

Return for showering and share experiences

Free practice time ( the boards are for free and you're welcome to ask questions!)

Q：

Can a nearsighted person join surfing?

A：

If you are nearsighted with more than 400 diopters, we suggest you to wear contact lenses instead of glasses

Q：

I can't swim. Can I still join surfing?

A：

Yes. The water will only reach around your waist in the area we surf, so feel safe and comfortable to join us!

Attention▲

1.	We recommend you to wear swimming suits without skirt and rims, and the board shorts should not be longer than your knee.
2.	Please contact with the supplier 3 days before surfing, so that you can confirm your order, your meet-up point and weather.
3.	If there is typhoon or thunder alarm(when the alarm area includes north-east sea area), we will cancel the activity. We do not cancel it when raining.
4.	Due to the occasional monsoons in winter(October to April), the wind and sea contitions are more challenging. So please take care of your own safety during your free practice time in the afternoon (There won't be coach by your side in afternoon! You can only ask questions). Additionally, if the wave condition is not good, the coach has the right to cancel the practice time.
