Land lessons (Essential ocean safety, surfing etiquette, basic instruction on the surfing board and while surfing)

Warm-up

Get equipment and practice basic movements such as positioning and paddling

Sea lessons. The coach will be by your side and offer instructions and encouragement (last around 60 mins, depending on personal condition)

Return for showering and share experiences

Can a nearsighted person join surfing?

A：

If you are nearsighted with more than 400 diopters, we suggest you to wear contact lenses instead of glasses

I can't swim. Can I still join surfing?

A：

Yes. The water will only reach around your waist in the area we surf, so feel safe and comfortable to join us!
