You will have chances to get exposed under the sun for a long time. Please prepare protective measurements for possible sunburn.

We will cancel the activity if the weather condition is not suitable for paddling. The local coach will make the final decision.

We recommend you to wear swimming suits without skirt and rims, and the board shorts should not be longer than your knee.
