Activity Rundown▲

Day1.

Introduction of the environment, instructors, and equipment. The indoor course will take 3 hours.

09:00.

Confined water training for 4.5 hours: mask clearing, regulator recovery, put on/ take off equipment, neutral buoyancy, buddy breathing, emergency ascent, entering the water and so on, which need trainee to finish.

Course content: diving quipment, scuba system, buddy system, breathing, underwater radio and using procedure, diving environment, diving plan, diving skills, and diving safety rules.

Trainee will use 2 scuba tanks in Northeast coast open water.

Course content: attached equipment, health of diving, breathe in deep water, skills in open water, skills of entering the water, solution of problems, special dive plan and dive watches, how to use a dive watch, navigation by using basic compass.

Day2.

Trainee will use 2 scuba tanks in Northeast coast open water. ( If the course is held in Kenting, Liuqiu, Green island, or Orchid Island, trainee will need to deal with transportation, meals and hostels by themselves)

13:00.

Indoor course for 2 hours: academic test- trainee's score has to be above 75 points.

Course content: basic navigation, skills of diving, neutral balance, rhythm of breathing, posture of diving, using fins and dealing with emergency

Common questions▲

Is there any other training courses can we take after getting Open water certification?

You can choose to enroll advanced diver course and rescue diver course after getting open water certification.

How long will it take to get the certification after finish the training?

It will take 2 ~3 weeks or so.

After getting the certification card of diving, can I go diving by myself?

Based on diving safety and the relative policy, we ask you to go diving with your diving buddy

Attention▲

1.	You can't take a flight in 12 hours after diving, and in 18 hours after repetitive diving.
2.	Before diving, please don’t drink alcohol, being drunk, staying up late and being sick could effect body's condition during diving. So please sleep well and enough before diving, and being relaxed for experiencing diving.
3.	Because the course will require trainee to act in water for a long time, please make sure you have no fear of water.
4.	The Open water training of this course will be held in Northeast coast in April to September. (The shuttle in Northeast coast will cost NT300 per person); If the Open water training of this course is held in Kenting, Liuqiu or Green island in October to March, trainee will have to deal with tranportation, meals and hostels by themselves.
5.	The confined water training will be held in the professional dive training pool, and it's depth is 5 meter.
6.	The scuba tanks will be used for: 4 for shore dive in open water training, 2 for shore dive are free (equipment is not included), 2 for confined water training.
